Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily QC checklist, and action to solve problems accordingly
  • Report any serious problems to Admin and HR Manager after performing this QC checklist
  • Control the attendances of all staffs
  • Prepare weekly attendance report to Admin and HR Manager
  • Prepare month attendant report to support the Accounting Department for the payroll process
  • Perform daily QC checklist, and action to solve problems accordingly
  • Report any serious problems to Admin and HR Manager after performing this QC checklist
  • Organize and maintain proper filing system of documents and files
  • Strengthening the implementation of internal policy
  • Prepare the staff contract or any other HR letter such as promotion, dismissal letter…etc
  • Oversea on cleaner, guard to ensure that the proper services are provided.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Admin and HR Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Association Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 Years experiences in operation support for the organization
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English as a second language preferred
